Neopets is an online, virtual community in which users play games to win "Neopoints" and purchase items for their neopets. A ticket is a help or support letter sent directly to a Neopets staff member to answer a query or resolve an issue. Reasons for sending a ticket include frozen accounts, warnings or suspensions, access help, code activation, bug reports or questions not answered in the FAQs. Ticket replies will be sent to the user's e-mail address not through the neopet message system.
Go to the Neopets home page. Scroll to the bottom and click the "Help" link. Click the "Submit a Ticket" button on the Support Center page.
Enter your first name, neopets username and e-mail address in the spaces provided.
Choose an issue type from the drop-down menu. Type a concise summary regarding your issue in the "summary" line.
Attach an optional file from your hard drive if your question or issue requires more description than the summary allows.
Click the "Preview" button to see your query before sending it. Click "Finish" once you're satisfied.
Do not send multiple tickets regarding the same issue.
