Acer Aspire 3630 Recovery

Updated July 20, 2017

The Acer Aspire 3630 comes with a recovery partition that will allow you to recover your system to the default factory state in the event it experiences an operating issue. The recovery can resolve errors caused by a hard drive crash, system error or malware infection but will erase any of the data you have saved to the hard drive. Use the system recovery method only as the final step in your troubleshooting process as you can't reverse it.

Remove any extra peripheral devices that are connected to the computer.

Restart the computer and wait for the Acer Aspire logo to appear.

Press "Alt" and "F10" simultaneously to access the recovery partition. Click "Next" in the recovery window to begin recovering the Acer system to the original settings. The computer will restart once the process is complete.
