Things you need
Turn on your BlackBerry. Navigate through the Home screen to the BlackBerry browser icon. Press the BlackBerry button to open the browser.
Go to the Google Sync website at http://m.google.com/sync. A "Download Google Sync" link appears. Click on the link with the BlackBerry menu button. Click "Get link."
Select "Download" on the Download page. Google Sync downloads to the BlackBerry Home screen.
Click the "Google Sync" icon on the Home screen. Type your Google account username and password. Click "Login" and Google Sync signs in to your account.
Select "Options" and enable Google Contact syncing. Google Sync synchronises your Google Contacts with your BlackBerry Address Book.

Turn on the iPhone. Tap the "Settings" application on the Home screen.
Tap "Mail, Contacts, Calendars." Tap "Add Account" and tap "Microsoft Exchange."
Type your Google account information in the "Email" and "Password" fields. Leave "Domain" blank. Tap "Next"
Type "m.Google.com" in the Server field. Tap "Next."
Tap "Contacts" to connect with Google Sync. Tap "Keep on my iPhone" when prompted to keep existing local contacts.
