The Acer Aspire 5610Z is packaged with Acer eRecovery Management, a proprietary software that can create restore discs to reinstall Windows Vista. The Aspire 5610Z also comes with a recovery partition on the hard drive, which uses the D2D Recovery -- or Disk-to-Disk Recovery -- software to recover the PC to its factory defaults.
To reinstall Windows Vista on an Acer Aspire, boot from the recovery discs or, if you didn't create any recovery discs, run the D2D Recovery software at start-up.
