A MemoQ MQ-71 is a voice-recoding pen that allows you to record what you are hearing conveniently and secretly while you are taking notes. You must set up your pen before you can record with it and before you can transfer sound files from it to your computer. Install your Memo Pen by connecting it to your computer using the USB cable, charging it, installing the driver, opening the Voice Manager program, disconnecting it and reconnecting it.

Turn on your PC. Plug the USB into your PC's USB port and connect the other end into the earplug socket on your device to begin charging your unit. Charging will complete within three hours if your Memo Pen was completely discharged when you started. The charging indicator light turns on while charging and flickers when the charge is complete. When your pen's battery is full, it will provide 12 hours of recording and eight hours of playback time.
Install the driver by inserting the manager program CD for the Memo Pen MQ-71 into the CD-ROM drive of your computer. Choose "Install from a list or specific location" and press "Next." Select the CD-ROM drive and select "Browse." Select "CDROM."
Click the driver directory and press "OK." Press the "Next" button and press the "Finish" button once the driver is installed.
Copy the "Manager.EXE" file located on the CD to the desktop on your PC. Click it twice to open the window for the Voice Manager program. Disconnect the USB cable for your Memo Pen and reconnect it.
