If you have been using ooVoo on your computer to make video calls over the Internet, you might have taken a picture during a chat, and now can't remember where you saved the image file on your computer. The ooVoo application lets you make video calls with other ooVoo members, and you can save pictures in the PNG or JPG format. You can easily use ooVoo to find out where you have been saving pictures on your computer.

Launch OoVoo on your computer. The ooVoo application window opens.
Click "Actions" from the top of the ooVoo window, and then click "Enter My Video Chat Room" or "Start ooVoo Video Call." The video chat window opens.
Click the camera icon at the top of the video chat window. You can also click "Actions" and then click "Snapshot." The "Save" dialogue box opens. A drop-down menu appears at the top of the dialogue box, labelled with the name of the folder where you last saved a picture.
Click the drop-down menu to see the path of the folder on your hard drive, such as "My ooVoo Pictures Folder" above "My Documents," indicating that you created an ooVoo pictures sub-folder and saved it in your "My Documents" folder.
