Video chat sites like Chatroulette use an Adobe Flash application to access your webcam and microphone. A message appears when your first log on asking your permission to access your computer. It's possible to change your settings, such as which webcam and microphone to use, from within the Flash application. This is useful if the application defaults to the wrong configuration when you log onto the chat site.
