Hex stands for hexadecimal. It is a base 16 alphanumerical system. The system uses the numbers 0 through 9 to represent those numerical values and 10 to 15 to represent the letters A through F. BCD stands for binary coded decimal. Binary code is a digital system. Each numerical digit in the binary code is represented by a specific, unique binary computation. The conversion between Hex and BCD representations requires complex mathematical computations, but online tools can simplify the process immensely.
