ChatRoulette is a website that allows you to engage in video chats randomly with complete strangers. Two random users are paired together and can either chat or "Next" each other (the ChatRoulette term for "skip") and be paired with a new user. If you want to check out the ChatRoulette website, but you aren't comfortable being seen on your webcam, you can stop ChatRoulette from accessing your camera in just a few steps.
