ChatRoulette is an online video chat system that allows users to chat with random others from around the world. With ChatRoulette, users have no handle, avatar, published location or way to connect with specific people on the network. Users are given a new random chatting partner in a flash video window which can be exchanged for another at any time. To use ChatRoulette, you must have a video camera, microphone and flash installed on your browser.
