How to Convert WDB to Excel

A WDB file is a Microsoft Works Database file that is part of the Microsoft Works spreadsheet application program. Microsoft Works allows you basic features when working with your spreadsheets, but you can have access to many more database tools if you convert it to an Excel spreadsheet. There is, in fact, the option to convert your WDB file to an Excel file within the Microsoft Works program.

Double click the "Microsoft Works" icon to open the program.

Open the WDB file you want to convert to Excel.

Click "File," and then "Save As..." Click "Save as Type..." Choose "Text and Commas (.csv)." Your WDB file will be converted to an Excel file.
