Web developers can create applications that integrate with the Facebook social network. You can list these apps in the public Facebook App Directory, or keep them private where your blog or website can access the app. To access your Facebook app, you will need to know the App ID. This pertinent information is only available under the "My Apps" section of the Facebook Developers site.

Type "developers.facebook.com" in the Web browser's URL field. Press the "Enter" key. The official Facebook Developers website will load in your browser.
Click the "My Apps" link on the top navigation bar. When directed, type in your "Email" and "Password" and then click the "Log In" button to access the site.
Go to the right sidebar and click the app title from the "My Apps" section.
View the full ID number listed under the "App ID" entry. You should see it immediately above the "API Key" listing.
Tips and warnings
- You cannot change the Facebook Developer App ID, but you may create a new app, which will automatically generate a new ID for that Facebook application.
