Chatroulette is a website that allows you to video chat with random strangers over webcam. However, if you would prefer to remain anonymous, you can use a virtual webcam program such as ManyCam to hide your identity. Instead of using your own webcam, you can use animated GIF images as your webcam on Chatroulette. You can use funny GIFs or GIFs of celebrities and watch the reactions of the strangers you connect with on Chatroulette.
