How to Put Music in ProBoards

You can create a ProBoards forum on any subject to help you connect with Internet users around the world who share your interests. As with many forum template services, however, the layout of the site you end up with will be fairly simple. You can brighten your forum by adding a short line of code into the settings area of your account that will cause your site to play music to visitors.

Navigate to a free hosting service such as File Dropper or Supload, and follow the instructions to upload your MP3 or WAV file. Make a note of the URL you receive at the end of the process.

Log in to your ProBoards account, and click the "Admin" icon at the top of the screen.

Click "Headers and Footers" in the "Customize Your Forum" section.

Select the page of your forum to which you want to add music from the drop-down menu, and click "Continue."

Copy and paste the text "" into the "Header" section replacing "URL OF MUSIC" with the URL you received from your hosting service. Replace the "X" with the number of times you want your music to loop.

Click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.
