Microsoft Outlook 2010 is a desktop e-mail client that is included with the Microsoft Office 2010 software suite. While using Outlook 2010, you may experience a situation where the application freezes and you receive an error message saying the program stopped working and is not responding. This problem may be caused by having Outlook 2010 installed on your PC in a compatibility mode that is not designed for your current operating system.
