How to Make Paper Peace Doves

Updated February 21, 2017

Doves represent both peace and hope. Make your own personalised peace doves by crafting them out of paper. Attach your customised doves on other crafting projects, such as handmade greeting cards, journals or scrapbooks. Or, attach ribbons to them and hang them on a door knob of your home for a charming touch.

Print a free template of paper peace doves from websites such as Multichannel, Mosaic Works or DLTK Kids.

Cut out the paper dove with a pair of scissors.

Trace the dove on a piece of cardboard and a piece of crafting paper using a pencil. Select a wide variety of pre-designed papers from your local craft store.

Cut out both tracings.

Swipe a glue stick on the cardboard. Press the crafting paper on top of the cardboard.
