How to Send a Meeting Request From My iPhone

The iPhone's Calendar application allows you to create meeting requests and send those requests to individuals on your e-mail exchange server. Your iPhone will send the meeting requests automatically via the default e-mail account associated with your iPhone device. You can send the meeting request to a single person or multiple individuals at the same time.

    Tap the "Calendar" application on your iPhone.

    Tap the "+" icon located in the upper right corner of your iPhone's calendar application.

  3. 3

    Enter the information about the meeting in the appropriate fields. At a minimum, you will need to enter a name for the meeting, the start and end times for the meeting and the date of the meeting.

    Tap the "Invitees" option and select individuals from your iPhone Contacts application to whom you would like to send the meeting request. You can also tap the "+" icon and manually enter an e-mail address to which you want to send the meeting request.

    Tap the "Done" button to return to the main event screen.

  6. 6

    Tap the "Done" button to send the meeting request to the invitees you entered.
