An eBay token is a security feature that allows third-party vendors to access your eBay account for a limited purpose. For example, several auction-listing applications created by third-party developers allow you to perform eBay actions directly from the program. These apps require an eBay token to access your account. You can remove eBay tokens at any time through your eBay account. Once you remove a token, the third-party vendor will no longer have access to your eBay account.
