How Do I Get My "Combat Arms" Account Unbanned?

Updated April 17, 2017

"Combat Arms" is a multiplayer, online, first-person, shooter video game made by Nexon. Any player caught using hacking or botting programs, exploiting game glitches or harassing other players with racial or otherwise offensive attacks may find their account permanently banned according to the company's "User Abuse" policy. In fact, the person may have his entire Nexon passport banned, keeping him from playing any Nexon games. If you feel that you were unfairly banned, the only way to get unbanned is to appeal to a Nexon arbitration specialist.

Go to the Nexon Support Center home page.

Click on "My Tickets" near the top of the screen.

Enter your Nexon Passport ID and password and click "Sign In."

Click on "Submit a Ticket" next to the search at the top of the screen.

Select "Combat Arms" for the game selection, "Game Related" for the category and "Ban or Rank Appeal" for the subcategory.

Fill in as much information about the ban as you can under "Details." Include your character name, the server you were playing on, when you received the ban and what you were doing. Also include any reasons that the ban should be lifted. Be specific.

Check back the next day to see the status of your ticket.

Modifying the contents of your computer to attempt to get around the ban can damage your computer.
