Things you need
- High heels
Buy the appropriate items at a store. You will need to find a dress and high heels in your size, as well as a wig and make-up. Some make-up comes in a kit which matches colours to skin tones; try to get this kit. If you plan on wearing fake breasts, buy a dress which is a size too big in the chest area.
Put the dress on first. This is important, because if you try to put the wig on before the clothes, you will mess up the wig. Adjust the dress wherever necessary and add the fake breasts if this is your chosen option. Fake breasts can be bought at Halloween accessory stores.
Place the wig on your head and make sure it is straight. The wig will cover your hair completely and fall just below your natural hairline.
Apply the make-up. Use the brushes provided with the blush and eyeshadow. Apply blush with a sweeping motion to the cheekbones, starting near the mouth and moving toward the ear. Apply eyeshadow next, starting from the inner corner of the eye and moving up and out. Carefully apply eyeliner to the inside of the eyelid, then use the brush inside the mascara to paint your eyelashes. Apply lipstick last.
Put on the high heel shoes. It is a good idea to walk around in the shoes before they need to be worn, as your feet need to get used to wearing this kind of shoe.

- Have fun on Halloween, but do not offend. Dressing up as a girl does not give a man a pass to intimidate or mock females.
