Instructions

  1. 1

Download a sparkle filter file. Find it by typing "sparkle tube" or "glitter" along with "JASC PSP 9." If that doesn't work, type in "sparkle filter plug-in" into your preferred search engine to find a free file to download. Once it has downloaded, install the file.

  2. 2

Start The Paint Shop Pro 9 program. Open a "new image."

For the image properties, select "70x35", "Transparent, "16.7 million colours."

Set the "Noise" to "60 percent" and in the "Sparkle" menu change "Random Seed" to "115."

  7. 7

Repeat the process with the third image. Change "Noise" to "70 percent" and in the "Sparkle" menu change the "Random Seed" to "130."

  8. 8

Select the first image and click "Copy."

Open the "Jasc Animation Shop" and select "Paste as a New Animation."
