The Facebook "News Feed" displays all of yours and your friends' activity on the site in reverse-chronological order. Example of "stories" that post to the news feed include status updates you and your friends send out, updates to your profile and relationship status and media you upload, including photos. If you upload multiple picture to your Facebook account, three of them display on your Facebook News feed as a preview for your photo album.

Sign on to Facebook. Click your profile picture or display name in the upper, left corner. Click the "Photos" link underneath your profile picture on the left side of the page.
Click the "Upload Photos" button to upload your photos into a new album. Click the name of an album you've already created and click "Add Photos" to add photos to it. Peruse your hard drive for photos to upload, select the ones to add and click "Open." Facebook takes you to a page showing you all the photos once the upload completes.
Add tags and descriptions to any photos for which you want them. Click the "Publish" button at the bottom of the page to publish your photo to your Facebook News Feed.
Return to the Facebook News Feed. Notice that news of your photo album, along with three photos from it, has been published to the News Feed.
