The Power Rangers are a fictional group of action heroes that became popular with many children in the 1990s. The heroes wear outfits in different colours, such as red, pink, blue and yellow. Most children that grew up watching the Power Rangers television show and movies have fond memories of the series, along with a favourite character. If you are baking a cake for a Power Rangers fan, consider decorating it to look like his favourite character. Use a moulded baking pan to make the cake look even more authentic.
Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the cake batter recipe you chose.
Mix the cake batter according to the instructions on the recipe or the box of cake mix.
Spray the moulded cake pan with non-stick cooking spray to ensure that the cake does not stick in any areas.
Pour the cake batter inside the moulded pan and make sure it settles into all of the pan's crevices so that when you turn the baked cake out, it is perfectly shaped.
Place the cake inside the oven and bake it until it is done. Remove it from the oven and carefully turn it out onto a cooling rack, making sure that none of the details made by the moulded cake pan are disturbed. Allow the cake to cool completely.
Place your cooled Power Rangers cake onto the centre of a cake platter.
Select frosting in the colour of the person's favourite Power Ranger and place it inside a pastry bag.
Frost the cake so that it looks like the Power Rangers character, filling in the areas of the uniform with the coloured frosting, then using black or white frosting for other details.
