A screen saver is a moving graphic design or picture that appears on a computer monitor when the computer has been dormant for a given length of time. Windows 7 comes installed with a variety of screen saver choices, including a selection that allows you to turn your personal photos into a screen saver slide show. If you want to manipulate the speed by which the photos in your slide show pass, you can adjust the "Photo Screen Saver Settings."
