Your iPod touch is one of many types of iPod touches, and even if you chose to get an engraving on the back it just looks like a standard iPod touch. Personalise it by decorating it, and you will make it more recognisable. You can even make a statement about your personality or interests. All the decorations are easy to remove or replace, so you will be able to change the decorations as often as you like.

  1. 1

Purchase a complete iPod touch cover. This is the simplest way to decorate your iPod while also covering it. Apple carries these, as do other stores such as Best Buy and phone carriers such as Verizon and Sprint. Covers can be solid colours or patterned.

  2. 2

Purchase decals for the back of your iPod touch. For variety, try online sites such as Etsy, Amazon and eBay for decorative decals. These range from fullback covers to modified apple logos. One simple decal to make your iPod touch stand out is an apple decal that looks like the original Apple rainbow logo. It gives your iPod touch a retro look.

  3. 3

Create your own decals with stickers. For a more lasting decal, use a thin strip of clear tape around the edges. Press down firmly on the tape to make it blend in with your iPod touch.
