Unremovabl programs are usually viruses, malware, or spyware. These programs are considered unremovable because they cannot be accessed through the "Add or Remove a Program" feature on the Control Panel. No program on your Windows operating system is unremovable. You must access the unremovable program through the computer's registry to delete it from the system. Once you delete it from the computer's registry, the program will be gone from the computer entirely.
