How to Heat Up Left Over Tacos From Taco Bell From Yesterday

Rather than eat a soggy, cold, leftover taco from Taco Bell, reheat it. Reheating a leftover taco takes minutes. Two methods work well for reheating the tacos: microwave and oven. The microwave works more effectively for soft tacos. Cooking a hard taco in the microwave won't keep the shell crispy. Both hard and soft tacos cook well in the oven. The method used also depends on personal preference and time available to heat the food.

Remove the Taco Bell tacos from the wrapping.

Scrape from the tacos any salsa, guacamole, lettuce or sour cream onto a small plate.

Place the tacos on a microwaveable plate. Cover the tacos with a paper towel to catch grease splatters. Leave a 1-inch gap between each taco.

Put the plate in the microwave. Cook for 45 seconds if the tacos have meat; cook for 30 seconds if the tacos are meatless. Remove the tacos and check the filling to see if it is hot. If the filling is not hot, return to the microwave for another 10 - 15 seconds.

Wait one minute for the tacos to cool. Replace the toppings your removed and then eat.

Set the oven temperature to 148 degrees C. Wait for it to heat.

Remove the wrappers from the tacos. Scrape from the tacos any lettuce, salsa, guacamole and sour cream onto a small plate.

Lay the tacos on a baking tray. Leave one to two inches of space between each taco.

Put the baking tray in the oven. Bake the tacos for five to seven minutes. Remove the tacos from the oven. Let them cool for a minute or two. Replace the toppings and eat.
