The counterclockwise open circle arrow represents counterclockwise rotation. The easiest way to insert it into a document is to paste it from one source to another. Your word processor may also include it in its "symbols" section. There is also a way to directly add the symbol into any Windows application using only your keyboard.

    Press the "Num Lock" button on your keyboard.

    Press and hold the "Alt" key.

    Type "+21" using the keyboard's number pad, and they type "BA." This is the Unicode string that corresponds with the symbol. The symbol will appear at the spot where you placed your cursor.
