Adobe Dreamweaver is web creation software that includes methods for inserting HTML data. Scrolling text boxes are HTML form items that provide a means for your Web page users to input a large amount of data without taking up a great amount of space. Use Dreamweaver to insert a scrolling text box or HTML "Textarea" coding within your Web pages.

Launch Dreamweaver and open the HTML document. In Code View , click to place the cursor in position for inserting the scrolling text box.
