Sony offers a wide variety of televisions in different price ranges, but some specifications remain the same between all models. The power cord used by Sony is a standard IEC three-prong cable. These cables are used for almost every computer tower, monitor and television being sold in the United States. So while replacing some Sony parts may require you to buy proprietary pieces, the IEC power cord can be purchased at most electrical and home improvement stores.
