How to Copy & Paste on Facebook

Facebook allows users to connect with family, coworkers and friends new and old. Users can send messages to friends, post events, share status updates and comment on friends' walls. The built-in copy-and-paste function of Windows computers also works on Facebook. Members of the site can copy favourite or important text and paste it into their profile page or on a friend's profile page.

Log in to your account at Facebook.com.

Click and highlight the text you wish to copy.

Press the "Ctrl" and "C" keys simultaneously to copy the text.

Click inside the area you wish to paste the text.

Press the "Ctrl" and "V" keys simultaneously to paste the text.
