Skype users can add a mood message to their profiles for all of their friends, family members and colleagues to see. These mood messages can say anything you'd like, and can reference where you are, what you are doing or even a quote you find meaningful. In addition to text, you can also add a custom video to your mood messages. These mood messages can be left up for as long as you want, and turned off easily by updating your Skype profile. You can also disable notifications of friends' mood messages if you find them distracting.
