Adobe Dreamweaver enables you to create Web pages using various menus and tools. Use Dreamweaver to set anchors at your document Div tags. Anchors are markers that you create in your Web page to redirect your visitors to the marker using a related hyperlink. You can use this method for creating various types of anchor/link combinations - for instance a "return to top" link.

Open your Web page in Dreamweaver.
Click the document Div tag you want to use for your anchor. If you are inserting the anchor within "Code View," place the cursor just after the beginning <div> tag. In "Design View" place the cursor at the beginning of the text within the Div.
Click the "Insert" menu, then choose "Named Anchor." Insert a marker name into the "Anchor Name" field. For example, type in "topdiv." Click the "OK" button.
Locate the area in the document for the link. Type the text you want to display for your link, for instance "Go to Top." Select the text and type "#topdiv" in the "Link" field of the "Properties" panel. Make sure you use the same name in your link that you used for your anchor.
