The Belkin F6D4230-V router lets you set up a wireless network and Internet connection for your home or office. Once it is set up, you must enter a password to access the router's online configuration utility. When you connect a web browser such as Safari, Internet Explorer or Firefox to a computer that is connected to your wireless network, you can then connect to and unlock the router as long as you have the right credentials.

Open a new web browser window and enter "192.168.2.1" in the address bar without "http://" or "www". Hit "Enter."
Enter your password when the router's login screen appears, requesting a password. Leave the password space blank if you are using the router's default settings.
Click "Submit." The router's online configuration utility appears after a few seconds. Make the necessary changes to the router's set-up.
