How to Disable Google Tracking Cookies

Disable any tracking cookies you may have picked up from Google using the security functions of your Web browser. Cookies are normally harmless files that enable your computer to communicate quickly with a website, however some cookies can be manipulated to record information about your Internet habits and report that information to an outside source. Clear the cookies from your browser to remove the recording function of any cookies, and to protect your Internet privacy.

    Open an "Internet Explorer" window.

    Click the "Tools" icon, and point your cursor to "Safety." Click the "Delete Browsing History" option in the sub-menu.
