The Cisco Aironet 1100 is a wireless access point that uses the IEEE 802.11g wireless standard. The Aironet 1100 can be configured in a wide range of ways. In some cases, the settings that have been made may not work correctly with the network that the access point is used with. Reset the 1100 to its factory set default configuration to restore the access point to its original state.

    Unplug the power cord from its socket on the Aironet 1100.

    Press and hold the "Mode" button. Reconnect the power cord.

  3. 3

    Release the "Mode" button after the LED light turns an amber colour. All settings are restored to factory defaults.
