VLC is a free, open source multimedia player that is capable of playing a variety of media formats, including discs, devices and most multimedia file types. VLC media player combines a simple user interface with a powerful set of tools and effects to enhance or alter media playback. While most media players cannot flip an image without manually re-encoding the video file prior to playback, VLC allows you to instantly flip or rotate an image at any time.
