Click "Start" and click "All Programs." Click the "iTunes" folder and click "iTunes" to open the program. On a Mac, click "iTunes" on the "Apple" menu.

Tap "Apps" on the iPhone "Home" screen to see the selected app. Follow the instructions to install the app on the iPhone.
