A representative will process your request and refund any money remaining in your account within a few weeks.

E-mail the Liberty Reserve Compliance Department at firstname.lastname@example.org from the email account that you used to set up your Liberty Reserve account. You can also submit a message through Liberty Reserve's Contact Us form (see Resources).

State that you would like to have your Liberty Reserve account removed, and include the following information in the body of your message:
Registered Email Address
Date of birth (formatted DD/MM/YYYY)
Answer to the security question that you created when you set up the account
Balance in the account as of the date of your closure request
Information about your last transaction
Country/ City/ Zip Code
Click "Send" to transmit your message. A confirmation e-mail will be sent soon after to confirm that Liberty Reserve received your e-mail.
