The Dolphin game software sometimes does not display any frames per second during game play. This means that when you start a game using Dolphin, the game window is displayed, but there is no video in the window. The common culprit of a no FPS problem is improper settings within the Dolphin program.

Open the Dolphin program and click the "Config" button on the main Dolphin software menu. The main Dolphin configurations menu is displayed.
Disable "Dual Core" by clicking the box next to it, thus unchecking it. This is a common problem with Dolphin users who see some of their games not display at all when starting them. Using a dual-core set-up is not always optimal for games.
Do the same for the "Idle Skipping" option on the main configurations menu. This box will also be checked/enabled by default. This is another common problem as idle skipping prevents the program from running at the Wii's default clock speed. This could prevent faster displays.
Click "OK" to save the settings. When you start the game it will now display a proper frames-per-second rate.
