How to Sync iPhone Notes With Exchange

Updated April 17, 2017

With the iPhone, you can sync notes you create in the "Notes" application to your computer or to online services like Microsoft Exchange e-mail accounts. When you set up the notes sync feature, any note you create in the Microsoft Exchange account of the Notes application will sync to the service. This allows you to access the note from your desktop Exchange program.

Open your iPhone's "Settings" menu.

Tap the "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" tab of the Settings page. The Mail, Contacts and Calendars screen loads.

Select your Exchange e-mail account from the "Accounts" section at the top of the page. Your Exchange e-mail preferences load to the screen.

Slide the "Notes" switch to the "On" position.

Press the "Home" button to return to your Home screen.
