JibJab is a company that provides comedic video based e-cards that users can personalise by uploading photos to place your face or anyone's face in a dancing cartoon body. Users can then personalise these virtual cards even further with a message and send them to anyone through e-mail. To send the cards, you must become a member by creating an account at sendables.jibjab.com. However, if you no longer wish to send JibJab e-cards, you can cancel your account through phone or e-mail.
Call JibJab at 509.420.9759 if you have had an account for less than 30 days. In this case, you may request a full refund.
Leave a voicemail with your full name and contact information.
Specify that you would like to cancel your account and request a refund. You should receive a confirmation call or e-mail once your voicemail has been received.
Send an e-mail to email@example.com to cancel an account that is older than 30 days.
Specify in your e-mail the email address associated with your JibJab account, your full name as it appears on the credit card you used to start your account and the date of the last time you were charged by JibJab. You should receive a confirmation e-mail when your account is cancelled.
Disconnect your Facebook account from your JibJab membership by first logging into JibJab with your username and password at sendables.jibjab.com.
Click your Facebook photo next to your name toward the top of the page. This should direct you to your Facebook page.
Move your cursor over the "Settings" button at the top of the Facebook page, click on "Application Settings" and then click the "x" to disconnect. Your Facebook page has now been disconnected from your JibJab membership, but you will not receive confirmation.
