When installed on your Windows 7 computer, a radio tuner device lets you listen to FM and AM radio stations through your speakers or headphones. A radio tuner typically comes as a USB device that you insert into a free USB slot on your system. When you plug in the radio tuner, Windows 7 automatically detects it and initiates the installation process. Completing this installation process can be done by any user who has the appropriate know-how.
