The computer basic input/output system (BIOS) is responsible for the boot process on your computer. It tells the computer which devices to boot up and what order to boot them in. It also contains other information about your computer and runs tests when your system boots up to ensure that all hardware is working properly. You may need to access your BIOS to change a setting; this is done just before your Asus Eee PC 1201 HAs boots into the operating system.
