How to Make a Demand & Supply Curve in Excel

If you have Microsoft Excel on your computer and you are in need of a supply and demand graphic, then you have a solution before your eyes. Make a supply and demand graph using the graphics functions of the Excel spreadsheet program. You can enter your data into Excel's spreadsheet cells, and the program will do the artistry for you.

    Open a new Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

    Click on cell A1. Enter your first supply number. Hit Enter. Your cursor will move to cell A2. Enter your second supply number. Hit Enter. Repeat this step until all of your supply numbers appear in the A column.

    Click on cell B1. Repeat Step 2 with demand numbers until all have been entered into column B.

    Press the Control button and the "A" button at the same time.

    Click "Insert" on your toolbar.

    Click the "Line" icon. Select a line graph that you like. Once you select the style you prefer, Excel will transform the data into a supply and demand graph. The supply line will be one colour, while the demand line will be another colour.
