The Nike SportBand is a wristband with a detachable USB connector. The connector stores information about the athlete's runs and walks, including the time and date, that can be read via software installed on your PC. The SportBand automatically sets the time to match the computer's clock the first time you connect it to your computer. Adjust the time and date later using the SportBand software.
