Garmin's Nuvi GPS come loaded with several voices, each featuring different languages and accents. Garmin also provides additional voices for download off the company's website. These voices can take up ample storage space on the Nuvi's internal drive, preventing you from downloading new maps. Most people stick to one voice, so removing unused voices from your Nuvi clears room for other items. Connect the Nuvi to your computer to find and clear voices from the Nuvi's memory.
