Backyard target shooting often involves the use of a BB or pellet pistol. The Marksman repeater is one such pistol that is spring operated and designed to fire BB or pellet ammunition. Taking its lead from the Colt 1911 .45 calibre handgun, the Marksman repeater is loaded with up to 18 copper BBs or a single .177 calibre pellet. The Marksman repeater is capable of firing ammunition at velocities up to 200 feet per second.

Skill level:

  1. 1

Point the muzzle of the Marksman repeater pistol in a safe direction.

  2. 2

Pull back the cocking slide until it locks into place. Keep your index finger off the trigger and to the side. Push the cocking slide forward to compress the firing spring.

  3. 3

Safety the pistol by pushing the safety button to the "Safe" position.

  4. 4

Locate the small ejector button below the muzzle on the end of the pistol. Push the button in to raise the loading port on the top of the pistol.

  5. 5

Insert a single .177 calibre pellet into the round hole in the loading port. Load BB ammunition only into the square top opening and pellets only into the round opening on the bottom. Close the loading port securely for firing.
