The JabbaWockeez have become an up-and-coming performance group since winning the "America's Best Dance Crew" TV show in 2008. The all-male dance crew is known for its costume style as well as its dance style -- they wear identical street rap clothing along with an expressionless mask. Making a costume for a JabbaWockeez dancer mostly involves getting clothing you can find at many stores. Creating the mask is the only small challenge.

Instructions

  1. 1

Find a hooded sweatshirt -- the kind with a built-in drawstring hood -- in a solid colour. JabbaWockeez most frequently wears bright scarlet red, brick red or black.

  2. 2

Mix the hooded sweatshirt with a pair of cotton sweatpants in the same colour. Use black sweatpants if you can't find trousers in the same colour as the sweatshirt.

  3. 3

Add a pair of high-top sneakers in either white or the colour of the sweats combo. Look for a simple pair of Nikes with the Swoosh logo largely displayed on the sides.

  4. 4

Add a solid colour baseball cap in the same colour as the hooded sweatshirt. This isn't a completely necessary addition but it will provide extra detail.

  5. 5

Complete the clothing ensemble with a pair of solid white gloves.

  6. 6

Take a simple, expressionless Halloween mask that covers your entire face -- a one-layer paper mask with an elastic string will do -- and paint it completely white. Pair the white mask with the clothing ensemble.
