Video or audio podcasts are available free through the iTunes Store, and they can transfer to your iPod Nano when the device is connected to your Mac or PC. If you subscribe to multiple podcasts, it is easy to unintentionally fill your iPod Nano with both unheard and old podcasts. Thankfully, the iTunes program allows you to remove specific podcasts from your device while maintaining the others through its device preferences menu. Once a podcast is deselected in iTunes, it is automatically removed from the iPod Nano during the media synchronisation process.
